When you fill out a contact form on VectorRecruiting.com we only collect the information you enter into the contact form.  If the form asks for your name, email address, or any other personal information, then that information is sent to us via email.  We only retain that information—including your email address—for as long as necessary to address your purpose in contacting us.

Email addresses provided in contact forms are not ever used by Vector Recruiting LLC for any purpose other than to reply to you in regards to your reason for contacting us.  We never sell information from contact forms to any third parties for any purpose.

Resumes

You have the option of submitting your resume to Vector Recruiting LLC. When you send your resume to Vector Recruiting LLC, your resume is entered into the Vector Recruiting LLC resume database and will be assigned to a Vector Recruiting LLC recruiter who may contact you as relevant employment opportunities arise. A recruiter will always speak to you about an opportunity before submitting your resume and will not submit a resume to a client without your prior consent. Vector Recruiting LLC uses its best efforts to grant access to your resume only to such third-party clients for whom you have given your consent. However, Vector Recruiting LLC is not responsible or liable if some other third party evades security measures and gains access to the resume database, and, subsequently, your resume. Vector Recruiting LLC’s clients, to whom your resume has been sent with your consent, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in such instances.

Log Files

Vector Recruiting follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
